From what I have read from other users the PA-200 who had the same problems indicated that units shipped in early 2016 seem to be effected. Palo Alto's response, basically we don't see a problem, too bad. Total waste of time and money with diagnosing the problem, requesting an RMA, re configuring, shipping to remote office with users being down for days. These replaced another brands box which we had ONE fail in over 8 years. You basically have a ticking time bomb better have spares.
