Extending your existing home or office network has never been easier than now. The US754 is compatible with almost every standard router/modem to-date. The extender supports any modem or router that uses 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n standards and protocols. The US754 also supports the 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi frequencies.
The US754 now operates at a Wi-Fi data transfer speed of 1200Mbps, which means your Wi-Fi signal will be strong enough to spread internet connectivity to many devices all at once. This is great news for homeowners who have more than one room in the home that needs Wi-Fi coverage. The extender will reduce lag time and buffering to smart tv’s, gaming consoles, laptops, and mobile phone devices.
Like the previous model, you have the option to set the US754 extender to access point mode and use the ethernet port. Plug the Repeater/Extender to a reliable AC power outlet. Connect your Repeater/Extender to your computer using an RJ-45 Ethernet cable. In the main menu, click Security (under Wireless) on the left side bar, type in your password in the Pre-Shared Key field and click Apply Changes. Note that WPA2 is default encryption method and is recommended.
